Alessandra de Marchena, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Associate TherapistAlessandra provides evidence-based therapy to adolescents, adults, and families. She holds a Master's in Social Work from New York University and a Master's in Child Developmental Psychology from Sarah Lawrence College. Her approach draws on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Multisystemic Therapy for Substance Abuse (MST-SA), with intensive training in both models.
She brings over a decade of clinical experience, including serving as a supervisor for the MST-SA program at Montefiore Medical Center, where she continues to supervise case conferences for multiple hospital-based programs. She combines warmth with a solution-focused mindset, partnering with clients to make meaningful, sustainable change.
Dr. Erez Harari, Ph.D.
Licensed Clinical PsychologistDr. Harari specializes in evidence-based treatment for adults. He earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Fordham University and completed a pre-doctoral fellowship at Yale University School of Medicine, focused on DBT for emotion dysregulation, self-harm, and substance use. He completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the Center for Cognitive and Dialectical Behavior Therapy in Long Island.
Before private practice, he supervised a team of therapists at Montefiore Medical Center / Albert Einstein College of Medicine and served as Clinical Assistant Professor. He is trained in:

Founder, Kleopatra Virtual CareMuhammad founded Kleopatra Virtual Care after a decade of experience in medicine and clinical research. He currently serves as a Clinical Research Trial Associate at the Montefiore Einstein Comprehensive Cancer Center, where he specializes in clinical trial data management, adverse event reporting, and database design — work centered on advancing oncology research and improving patient outcomes. Drawing on that experience collaborating with investigators and clinical teams, he founded Kleopatra Virtual Care to bring the same commitment to precision, quality, and patient-centered care to everyday virtual healthcare.
Muhammad is not a treating clinician on the Kleopatra Virtual Care platform. Patient care is provided exclusively by the independently licensed providers listed on our Providers page.
