Alessandra de Marchena, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Associate Therapist Licensed in New Jersey

Alessandra provides evidence-based therapy to adolescents, adults, and families. She holds a Master's in Social Work from New York University and a Master's in Child Developmental Psychology from Sarah Lawrence College. Her approach draws on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Multisystemic Therapy for Substance Abuse (MST-SA), with intensive training in both models.

She brings over a decade of clinical experience, including serving as a supervisor for the MST-SA program at Montefiore Medical Center, where she continues to supervise case conferences for multiple hospital-based programs.

Dr. Erez Harari, Ph.D.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist Licensed in New Jersey

Dr. Harari specializes in evidence-based treatment for adults. He earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Fordham University and completed a pre-doctoral fellowship at Yale University School of Medicine, focused on DBT for emotion dysregulation, self-harm, and substance use. He completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the Center for Cognitive and Dialectical Behavior Therapy in Long Island.

He is trained in CBT, DBT, Relapse Prevention, and Motivational Interviewing, and is especially committed to affirming care for LGBTQ+ individuals and individuals from Orthodox Jewish backgrounds.
